WELCOME TO SUNSARI TECHNICAL COLLEGE (STC)

Sunsari Technical School (STS) now Sunsari Technical College(STC) located at Dharan and affiliated to T.U. and CTEVT was established in 2052 B.S. with the objective of providing quality technical education and vocational training. It has now been the best destination for the local as well as country-wide student ever since its establishment. It has produced more than 5000 technical manpower and supported the economic growth of their family as well as ultimately the country economic development. A large number of its product have got well-paid job in local, national and international competitive job-market. STC has now been proved to be one of the best alternatives and only destination for the technical education not only for the target group of its surrounding but for those who are from far remote areas of province no 1 and mid-western development region of Nepal. It is located in an ideally peaceful education environment in Dharan.     Dear Guardians/Parents/Students

    First of all, thank you for considering Sunsari Technical College to build your career: With the motto of “Technical Education Today’s Necessity”, we have started this college in the year 2052 B.S having only 2 programme Lab Assistant & ANM affiliated to CTEVT and now if I look back, we have come more than 20 Programmes in one roof. At present we are running two Master Programme and 9 Bachelor Programme affiliated to T.U., as well as 5 TSLC and 6 Diploma Programmes affiliated to CTEVT. All I can say that, Students will find an appropriate course, where students can get qualification leading into career, job promotion or into the future education.

    Thanks you for your interest in STC, as you prepare for the next move in your future, you probably already know about our achievements, students success in examination and large number of students and professionals who are associated with STC family. Being a pioneer private college in province no-1, who first started B.Pharmacy Programme and one of the first to start B.Tech (Food) Programme with the affiliation of Tribhuvan University(T.U.). We are also pioneer to start M.Sc Microbiology and M.Sc. Biotechnology Programme affiliated with T.U.. We Believe that all our courses are tailored to meet national and international employment Opportunities and higher education. The student will find a variety of Extra curriculum activities to choose as well as an active student association.
